We also inform you that in accordance with our terms of service, which prohibits the sending of parcels worth more than 300 GEL through USA2GEORGIA, in case of non-fulfillment of this condition, fine sanctions in the amount of 500 GEL will be imposed from February 8, 2010. This condition will be included in the terms of service and a request for its reconfirmation will be necessary. See Terms of Service and Section 7.5.
Although it was uncomfortable for the company USA2GEORGIA to impose restrictions, after the changes in the legislation and customs rules in Georgia, it became necessary to accept them.
We still offer an alternative - in the case of products worth more than 300 GEL, you can use the second company of the GLS group, www.gls.ge, where it is possible to register both individuals and legal entities.
